Hengshi (Langfang) Precision Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

Hengshi Honeycomb was founded on August 2019 by Mr. Guo Fengshuang. The company is located in Langfang City, Hebei Province, near south of Beijing Daxing airport. with a registered capital of 14 million yuan and an area of above 5000 square meters. Our team has above 13 years of experience focusing on research, development and production,and constantly improving our production process, and always in the leading position in the metal honeycomb industry.

The company currently has 55 employees, including 10 senior technicians. Our team includes multi-level talents such as design engineers, welders, electrical controller etc.

We independently developed Honeycomb stamping Equipment, honeycomb welding equipment, and conducted in-depth research on stainless steel honeycomb preparation and brazing technology. We have developed a series of honeycomb cores products with different specifications like honeycomb cores, honeycomb ventilation panels, honeycomb seals, anechoic honeycomb panels, honeycomb waveguide panels, sound absorbing panels and EMI shielded honeycomb vents etc.; We own honeycomb stamping equipment, honeycomb tailor welding machines, resistance spot welding equipment, vacuum brazing furnace, EDM machine tools, wire cutting machine tools, CNC processing machine tools, CNC milling machines, many chlorine arc welding machines and other equipment, which empower us independently complete preparation and processing of various metal honeycombs, brazing and assembly of metal honeycomb core, EMI/EMC/RF shielded vents, wind tunnel modules/honeycombs, honeycomb seals, air/water flow straighteners etc. and are fully capable of design,processing, manufacturing, installing and maintaining metal honeycomb related products.

We can produce various material metal honeycombs including HX, stainless steel 304, 316, 316L, 321 carbon steel, aluminum etc. The cell size that our company can produce are: 0.8mm, 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.2mm, 4.2mm, 4.8mm, 5.6mm, 6.4mm, 10mm, 12mm, 30mm, etc. Our company has passed the ISO 9001:2015 AND GJB9001C-2017, the products comply with ROHS and SGS certificate. “Zero defectives” is our production purpose! Hengshi honeycomb focuses on the design, development and manufacturing of a variety of metal honeycomb products, and is committed to helping customers develop suitable EMI shielding solutions, design and manufacturing of wind tunnel honeycomb, and manufacturing of honeycomb sealed strips and other honeycomb Core for other usage.
