Honeycomb Air flow straightener: Honeycomb has been used successfully for many years as means of straightening ad directing air flow or changing turbulent flow into laminar flow. Wind tunnels are machines in which objects are held stationary inside a tube, and air is blown around it to study the interaction between the object and the moving air.
