Product Introduction

Stainless steel honeycomb is spot welded which offers better performance and stability, we can also offer vacuum brazing with much higher shielding effectiveness than spot welding.
Honeycomb cores of various dimensions and functionalities are available in cell sizes ranging from 0.8mm to 42mm in diverse shapes such as camber, ring, tape, and other complex patterns.
The materials we use in manufacturing include copper, carton steel, stainless steel and other high temperature alloys (e.g. Haynes, Hastelloy-X).

Product Application

Metal honeycomb can be used in aircraft fairings, spoilers, ailerons, rudders, side walls, doors and other secondary structural components that bear little load but require high rigidity and light weight. It is also expected to have wider and better applications in shock-absorbing pads for electronic equipment, spacecraft landing gear, protection of shock-absorbing components and precision instruments, and interior decoration.
